Suzi Howard - Suzi has an extensive background in Self Defense, Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing, Sports Conditioning, Injury prevention, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nutrition. She has been a Teacher and Personal Trainer for over 25 years. She holds two Black belts in Martial Arts, two State Titles in Kickboxing, multiple Titles in Forms and Sport Karate, has competed in Japan for a World Kickboxing Title and was a professional Boxer for 5 years. She retired in 2001 and currently owns and operates the Novato Boxing Club which has been in business for over 15 years. She now trains Amateur and professional Boxers and is certified with the American Council on Exercise and USA Boxing.
